This is a great picture, and very touching. One of these days I'll finally realize my desire to draw the characters from those books. Actually, back when my sister was in middle school, she did a book report on the Belgariad (which she got from me), and I drew the cover for it, with Belgarath (who looked suspiciously like Sean Connery ), Polgara, Garion, Silk (balancing a knife on his fingertip), Barak and the Orb of Aldur. Naturally, after she got an 'A' for the report, she promptly lost it...

Yes, it's magnificent! It's on the cover of one of the Swedish translations of Polgara the Sorceress... So beautiful, but I didn't want to "copy" his version.

I wanted to get a lithograph print of it, but Parkinson's online store closed

Really great pic. Gee, and I thought I was the only one brought into fantasy by David Eddings. I love your portrayal of the characters. Actually, I've stopped loving David Eddings's books years ago because I kept noticing all these mistakes that really began to irritate me
